Olivier founded the company in 2004. He knows the field of employee benefits in the province of Quebec, and controls and deciphers it with a noticeable flair, especially dealing with SMEs. Twenty years of practice in the field have made him an expert in benefit plan analysis, negotiation and related taxation – his first employer was Lussier Dale Parizeau. Holder of both a Chartered Administrator (C.Adm.) and a Financial Planner (Fin. Pl.) designation, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in management from the HEC. With a strong resolve; Olivier manages a team of skilled people as passionate as he is. Olivier sees the relationships he forges and nurtures with his clients and his partners as sustainable and rewarding. Philanthropist, he is a Patron of Honour of the fundraising event Ogilvy en fête, held annually to raise proceeds for the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation.
Jimmy totally understands that SMEs aim at attracting, hiring and retaining the best talents. He keeps that in mind when he creates a customized employee benefit plan for his clients. Before working in insurance and annuities, he anchored his expertise in HR: Member of the CHRA, he earned his bachelor’s degree in human resources and spent five years working in this field, three of which as a director. In addition, Jimmy has about ten years of experience in employee benefits where his specialized areas of practice include comparative analysis of employee benefit plans based on activity sectors. Vice President of the firm, in charge of training for counselors and support staff, also advisor to his clients, Jimmy is a smiling and friendly guy. Isn’t that a bonus! He enjoys sharing his knowledge, advice and recommendations candidly with his clients to help them make useful and well informed decisions.
Business Development Director
Dave’s diagnoses are highly accurate, and he owes it to his approach and to the quality of his analyses. Dedicated, dynamic and rigorous, his primary goals are the outcomes. Dave suggests to his clients innovative and comprehensive solutions based on current and future market trends. He specializes in group insurance plans since 2013, when he too became a pillar of the team. Expert in guiding emerging companies and recognized as such by his peers, he is no stranger to business development. Prior to this, for ten years, he served as a Business Development Director and on Novexco’s (the largest office supplier in Eastern Canada) executive committee. Dave has a wealth of experience and he willingly shares it with his clients while providing them valuable advice.

Maxime is a communicator at heart. It is with distinction that he popularizes various plans and their offerings; the firm’s clientele is greatly appreciative of his sharp analytical mind, which he uses to easily resolve complex problems. Armed with his Bachelor of Business Administration, he spent four years with the Rôtisseries St-Hubert as a human resources officer before joining the GCR team at the end of 2015. Maxime believes that quality of human relationships must be central to any situation.
Jacinthe really epitomizes customer service as few others can. In addition to her administrative duties, she is the connection between insurance companies and the firm’s clients, and does it with dedication. Dynamic, enthusiastic and hugely effective, she is very thorough. She acquired these assets from her rich experience in the customer service field. Jacinthe joined the GCR team in 2010, and she is also a pillar of the company.
Marie-Hélène brilliantly handles internal communications, writing, public relations and the firm’s presence on Internet and social media. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, she began her career in the Chambre des notaires du Québec, where she worked for six years as a communications advisor. She joined GCR as a consultant in 2011. A year later, she became a full member of the team.
